Keith's coaching approach is professional, warm and enthusiastic. Keith uses great exercises that allow you to think big, at the same time pinpointing down the realistic actions on how to get there. Keith has a brilliant ability to simplify complex ideas and by doing that he makes different problems more tangible to work on. (extra thank you for reminding me not to be harsh on myself)

For the last several years I have been battle a chronic medical condition. I have only started coaching recently with Keith, but have already found it to be fun and enjoyable. He has enabled me to gain panoramic overview of my challenges. This has helped me to analyse my situation and have a clearer sense of the overall direction I want to take my life in.

My coaching with Keith started back in November of 2017. A lot had happened in life and I was in a darker place. I wanted a meaningful marriage, to be a positive role model for my kids (ideally less yelling and distractions), more self-confidence and acceptance, a successful business/career, more opportunities to give back to others, and to continue to excel in my fitness journey...We focused on starting small to establish lasting positive changes and really worked to visualize my "best possible self" and took those visualizations and created the action steps needed to move closer and closer to those goals...I can't recommend Keith and his coaching enough! He has helped bring me out of that dark place and I am empowered and moving mountains!

I began coaching with Keith in 2018, after several years of dealing with a severe auto immune illness. I found Keith’s coaching style to be very helpful. He helped me to discover that there are more parts of our true self than what we initially may think. I also learned how each of those different parts of self have both benefited and held me back. I was consequently able to gain a stronger sense of direction in finding my authentic self and in achieving goals.

Keith is a fantastic career and life coach who has guided me through some very ambiguous and mentally tough times in my life. I received coaching from Keith around 2017/2018. I had already been overcoming a chronic auto immune condition for several years, as well as other life challenges. Keith was able to help me plan around these challenges, at the same time as reframing things so I could get into a more positive emotional headspace. I began coaching with Keith in 2018, after several years of dealing with Wegener's Granulomatosis. Having this illness had negative impact on me, not only physically, but also emotionally as well. However, Keith we empowered me in find positive and productive ways to approach difficult situations, as well as learning how to be honest with myself. Our coaching sessions also helped me to react in a more mature way when dealing with family drama. I really enjoyed working with him and would recommend his services to anyone dealing with similar challenges.
